Customer Satisfaction Surveys were completed at the end of April. Each project is doing exceptionally well, and the feedback on the teams and individuals was great! If you have any questions about your project, please feel free to reach out to Lang or Craig. Thank you for all your hard work and everything you do to ensure the Customer is happy!

Facilities Security Officer
Kenya McDonald joined the SSLLC team in April as our Facility Security Officer (FSO). Kenya owns MAC3, which is a local security firm in Huntsville. She is responsible for administering the security program and ensuring SSLLC stays compliant with Defense Security Services (DSS) and our government customers' security requirements. Kenya will provide employees with security insight training and emails, assist employees with clearance processes and re-investigations, submit visit authorization requests (VARs) for cleared employees, and provide guidance for security related questions and policies and how they affect the workforce.
Some of you may have found out from Facebook or the Seabrook Solutions website that I joined the company back in March. For those of you that did not hear the news, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Anderson, and I will be your new Human Resources contact. I began my career in HR over 15 years ago in recruiting and have been working in HR management for the past 5 years. I am proud to have earned my SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional) designations several years ago. Since 2008 I have been privileged to provide support to various government contracts and programs including the Missile Defense Agency, Veteran’s Administration and NASA. It goes without saying that I am very excited to now be a part of the Seabrook Solutions family!
My first order of business is to remind you that it’s Open Enrollment Time! You will have the opportunity to make changes to your current benefits or elect to participate in any of our plans. On May 21st you should have received the 2019 - 2020 benefit package information in your Seabrook Solutions email. Changes or elections must be submitted by Friday, June 21st. If you do not wish to make changes to your current elections, just select “No Changes” on the Benefit Form. The new plans will be effective on July 1st, 2019.
If you have any questions about Open Enrollment or any of the benefits offered, please reach out to me at email@example.com or 256-975-2040. I look forward to working with you all!
You have all seen updates from me and Lang on Unanet over the last few weeks. We are fully switched over from TSheets! Here I will give helpful tidbits on tools/items - Denise
Unanet Timesheet Users have two options for viewing leave balance information. The quickest is to run the Leave Balance report (available in the Quick Reports section on the Time Dashboard). The second option is to run the Accrual Details report. The Accrual Details report will also give a projected balance in the following weeks, a useful tool if you are planning vacation and have less leave available than you expected.
