Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We finished Customer Satisfaction Surveys at the end of April. Each project is doing exceptionally well. We received feedback on the team and individuals. If Lang or Craig haven’t spoken to you regarding the review they will be getting to you by June 20th. Thank you for all of your hard work and everything you do to ensure the Customer is happy!

Facility Clearance or FSO

Many of you have seen an email from Lang regarding the Initial Security Briefing which correlates with our facility clearance. We hired Kenya McDonald to guide us.

HR Practices

Some of you may have found out from Facebook or the Seabrook Solutions website that I joined the company back in March.  For those of you that did not hear the news, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jessica Anderson, and I will be your new Human Resources contact. I began my career in HR over 15 years ago in recruiting and have been working in HR management for the past 5 years. I am proud to have earned my SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society of Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional) designations several years ago.  Since 2008 I have been privileged to provide support to various government contracts and programs including the Missile Defense Agency, Veteran’s Administration and NASA. It goes without saying that I am very excited to now be a part of the Seabrook Solutions family!

My first order of business is to remind you that it’s Open Enrollment Time! You will have the opportunity to make changes to your current benefits or elect to participate in any of our plans. On May 20th you should have received the 2019 - 2020 benefit package information in your Seabrook Solutions email. Changes or elections must be submitted by Friday, June 21st.  If you do not wish to make changes to your current elections, just select “No Changes” on the Benefit Form. The new plans will be effective on July 1st, 2019.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mobile District - SSLLC Prime Contract

We were awarded two more Task Orders in May, which now puts us at 9 Task Orders total. USACE makes up 50% of our revenue and blah blah blah.

U.S. Air Force, Randolph Air Force Base - SSLLC Prime Contract

We hired Dee Amoako in March. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

LASSO - SSLLC Subcontract with AECOM at Kennedy Space Center

Dalen Brauner was hired full time on our LASSO contract. Dalen was doing hired as a temporary position on the ISO contract but did so great AECOM wanted to bring him over to LASSO full time.


Denise has been working hard at configuring our accounting/time system to Unanet.
